Great location - we could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. the area around here was nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing. And the room was a steal - it had a modern style bathroom with everything we needed 😊.

The classic queen room is functional and has a safe, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk. The location is marvellous and comfortable, to local train line...

The location was good and perfect, 0.5 miles to Zaventem airport, perfectly reachable. The rooms were all functional and cheap with good channels and a walk-in shower, for instance.

This venue is conveniently located with a short walk to Brussels and close to the airport.

First it was very expensive car park for limited time, Tv does not work well, fridge in the room does not work as well, view of the room; nothing to talk about and, it was amazingly bad experience, waiters were the god of the hotel, they were talking with you in a very rude way, It was so uncomfortable, we will never come back Thon chain has been killed by them self.

The two best things I noted about this hotel was the service and cleanliness. The free airport shuttle was very convenient - no delays, great service, and absolutely free. The staff at the desk and bar were very professional - always friendly, and quite efficient. This is not a luxury hotel, but it doesn't claim to be. It is simply a nice, very clean hotel which is quite near the airport and which offers excellent accomodations at a good price and with great service.

If you want to be near the airport or nato hq, this hotel is perfectly situated. And don't forget that they offer free (and fast) shuttle service to and from the airport. Also, the hotel will call a taxi for other destinations, and the taxi service they use does not start the meter until they pick you up at the hotel. All of that is good, but pay attention to the location. If you need or want to be close to public transportation (metro, train, or bus), you might be disappointed.

Convenient location near airport and train station, making it easy to reach Brussels. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Friendly staff provide helpful information and assistance. Free shuttle service to airport is a bonus. Enjoyable stay overall.

Some stuff understood that I had problem with the room and was willing to help

First room was awful: bathroom shower handle support needs fixing, wood junction on the room floor broken, very noisy air ventilation. Second room was better (no defects) but clearly not worth the 197€... I will not recommend this hotel short of dire need

Very isolated, use it if you are transiting through Brussels, the receptionist wanted to insult me more that to serve me, the man that serve me lated in in the evenin was much nicer. very cold attitude generally

modern & beautifully maintained unit with comfortable beds, a bath, a glass of tap water. unbeatable and excellant location in the pretty quiet area, adjacent to close to airport, and the local train station nearby.

The hotel offers great value for the price! The rooms were clean and kept up well. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of options for everyone. Location is perfect for a quick stopover close to the airport.

The rooms are quite small, and the shower was cramped, but it was perfect for my quick business trip. The air conditioning wasn't very strong, so it might get warm in the room during the summer months.

The shuttle bus!

The Thon is a depressing place to stay. On arrival, the building is already ugly. Although the rooms are reasonably clean, they are very small and not particularly comfortable. The bar area is not very pleasant and at weekends, the hotel is deserted and miles from anywhere. The breakfast is expensive and by 8.30a.m. a lot of it has run out or gone cold, never to be replaced!

Pleasant small middle category hotel nearby Brussels airport. Rooms are small but pleasantly furnished and quiet providing excellent sleep comfort. Ample parking and park-sleep-and-fly arrangements possible with airport shuttle service.

As it was a public holiday, the restaurant was closed! I had to find a restaurant in another hotel nearby in the pouring rain to get a bite to eat for dinner.
